Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with our service at first point, we ask that any concerns are raised to our operative(s) during your appointment and allow them to make good any areas of concern immediately.

If a concern is picked up at a later point, please let us know within 24 hours so we can assist you.

To rectify any issues with our service provided, we are happy to arrange a complimentary cleaning session (up to 90 minutes). We do not provide refunds.
